Refund Policy
Refunds from Waived Mobile Testing, L.L.C., are granted at the company’s sole discretion and may be subject to administrative and handling charges. Please note that partial payments and deposits are considered non-refundable.
Refunds will not be provided once services have been completed or after your D.N.A. kit or supplies are shipped.
Upon reception of full payment and subsequent appointment cancellation, please be advised that a cancellation fee of $35 will be levied for after-birth D.N.A. testing and phlebotomy, and a $200 cancellation fee applies for non-invasive prenatal testing. These fees are non-refundable.
Cancellations made 48 hours after payment are not eligible for refunds, and a non-refundable $75 cancellation fee will be applied. This policy is in place to cover the costs associated with the preparation and processing of the test. If Waived Mobile Testing requires sample recollection and the participant is unable or unwilling to comply, Waived Mobile Testing, L.L.C., will not issue a refund. The test can only be rescheduled.
Waived Mobile Testing, L.L.C. provides D.N.A. and phlebotomy testing services with specified completion times communicated during the testing process. While results often conclude ahead of schedule, there is a possibility of exceeding the estimated timelines. Once testing commences, refunds will not be granted.
